Tow-Away Zone Changes at Cesar Chavez and Guerrero Intersection

On March 21, 2005, DPT removed the 4-6 PM tow-away zones near the intersection of Cesar Chavez and Guerrero.

The curbside lanes just north ('A' in the drawing) and west (not pictured, but west of 'B') of Cesar Chavez and Guerrero are now parking lanes all day. This means that Cesar Chavez west of 'B' has a single westbound travel lane all day, and southbound Guerrero has only two southbound travel lanes all day.

(For more information on 'C', 'D', 'E', 'F' and 'G', view the changed intersections.)

BEWARE: Parts of Cesar Chavez are now ALWAYS tow-away!

A short section of Cesar Chavez (between 'B' and Guerrero in the drawing below) has been made all-day tow-away to allow westbound traffic enough room to merge.

Another short section (at Dolores, not pictured) has also been made all-day tow-away to allow westbound traffic to get onto Dolores.
