The San Jose/Guerrero Coalition to Save our Streets is dedicated to improving the San Jose/Guerrero Neighborhood.

What have we done?

• Gotten legislation passed to slow traffic on San Jose/Guerrero (Two lanes of traffic eliminated, median widened to 12 feet, bike lanes added, tow-away zones turned into parking, etc.)
• Planted medians
• New traffic signal at Duncan
• Three-way signal at Randall
• First physical survey in 50 years
• $100,000 in planning grants
• $20,000 grant from St. Luke's
• No right-on-red at 24th
• No right-on-red at Randall
• Brought "We Live Here/Please Slow Down" banners to San Jose/Guerrero
• Reduced the speed limit to 25 mph on San Jose/Guerrero
